      Greater Awareness of Life-Long Habits

      While I have lost some weight since I started using the journal, I am not a big fan of the totally repetitive questions to be filled out every day. The goal is always the same and the questions are always the same. I guess repetition is the key. I still struggle to eat the right foods and the right amount of food, and I feel bad when I don't, so I guess the journal is helping me to create an awareness of my habits and keeping my goal at the forefront of my mind every day.
