How big is the journal?
It is an A5 journal with 90 sheets (180 pages). It weighs just under one lb. and the dimensions on the journal are 5.5 inches by 8.5 inches.
What if I don't break my bad habit with the journal?
If you fill out every page of the journal and can honestly say you didn't break your bad habit, send it back to us and we will provide you with a full refund.
How long do I have to journal each day?
There are four pages to fill out every day. Two in the morning and two at night. It should take you no longer than 10 minutes to fill out in the morning, and at night, for a grand total of 20 minutes per day (but probably less).
